The web app aims to provide real-time alerts on outbreaks of pests, diseases, or invasive weeds in nearby areas. By receiving early warnings, farmers can act quickly to protect their crops, reducing the spread and severity of damage.
The app will include a database of agronomic advice and provide tailored recommendations based on crop type, location, and current conditions (Under Knowldge tab). This will help Smallholder apply the right pesticide or herbicide at the correct dosage and timing—avoiding overuse or ineffective treatments.
